These custom pet portrait ceramic ornaments are made from your custom digital pet portrait that you must currently have in your cart or have already purchased before. Only one pet per ornament, on one side only. Your choice of headshot or full body, with or without a name
Submitting your photos:
Once your order is placed, you will get an email from me letting you know what photos to email me
Production time:
Please be ready to email me your reference photos within the first 2 weeks of placing your order. You do not have to have your photos ready at the time of placing your order. I will send you a photo for approval before I mail out your order. You will get a tracking number emailed to you letting you know your order has shipped. orders will ship in the start of May

Custom Pet Portraits By Helen retains the right to all images. No images can be reproduced for profit without prior permission from custom pet portraits by helen. Digital files may be printed with a 3rd party for personal use.
Due to the custom nature of pet portraits and tight lead times during holiday season, I cannot offer any refunds. You will be sent a picture of your portrait for approval before it is mailed to you.
Orders lost or damaged in the mail are not the responsibility of the artist and unfortunately cannot be refunded or remade due to high demand in holiday seasons. I please ask your patience on this issue and I will deal with it accordingly on a case by case basis.
